SHIPPING

Most orders for care products, headwear, accessories and wigs from our clearance and available for immediate shipping collections, placed by midday Monday to Thursday are shipped on an NZ Post Overnight courier service, subject to stock availability, cleared payment or your subsidy paperwork having been received by us.

Friday orders may not arrive with you until the Monday/Tuesday of the following the week.

A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been picked by the courier. If you have not received your tracking number by email, please look in your SPAM folder or contact us. 

For products manufactured and supplied from outside of New Zealand, we aim to dispatch within 5 -10 working days. This applies to most wigs.
This may also apply in the rare occasions that we may be out of stock of an item at the time your order is being processed

Most orders will be sent on a tracked NZ Post Courier service (overnight service) or Aramex's courier service (FastWay - Overnight to North Island Addresses; 2 day service to South Island addresses)

RD, remote or rural addresses - please allow an additional 24-48 hours for delivery.


 COLLECTIONS

You can pick up your order from our offices in Tauranga by prior arrangement. Please call us on 07 392 5720 for an appointment time.

 Cancellation

It is important to contact us within 24hrs of placing your order if you wish to cancel as we may need to order your item(s) from overseas manufacturers who do not accept returns.

Returns Policy

Let us know if there are any problems with your purchase by contacting us by phone 07 552 5806 or email within 3 days of receipt. We will instruct you on how to proceed and issue return paperwork which must accompany any returns.

 

No Return Policy

All wigs are checked before handing over to clients.

Simply Wigs is unable to accept the return of any wig for refund or exchange, once it leaves their premises, as per Simply Wigs standard Terms and Conditions.

In the event That the client has of a change of mind, for any reason, after Simply Wigs has placed  an order on a clients’ behalf with their suppliers, the client agrees to will pay all costs associated with  import, subsequent re-export and any supplier specific restocking fees which will be determined at the time of return. These charges are in the order of $100-150 depending on supplier, but may be more.



Wigs & Hairpieces

For hygiene reasons we do not exchange or refund purchases of wigs/hairpieces

If the wrong product has been sent or the product is defective we will make an exchange as quickly as possible.

Return postage will be refunded and an exchange made if conditions 1-4 below have been met.

  1. Returned wigs/hairpieces must be odour-free, so it is very important to ensure there has been no exposure to smoke, food smells, perfume or other odours.
  2. In the event of a wig/hairpiece being returned, it must not have been worn, cut, brushed or restyled.
  3. You must send the item back in the original packaging with outer protection, such as a box and in the same condition as it was sent to you.
  4. The original wig/hairpiece label must be attached and not cut off and the wig/hairpiece must not been tampered with in any way.


We highly recommend you use our Colour Ring Service to ensure you get the colour you expect as onscreen colours can vary depending on monitor settings and lead to disappointment!

Other items
If you return sprays, shampoos or other sundries, these must be unopened and un-used. Return postage is not refunded on these items. A Simply Wigs credit voucher to the value of these returned items will be issued.
